The Investment Housing Company was established in 2020 to provide its clients with a bespoke property acquisition service that covers the whole of the UK. We operate across most of the residential investment market, and use a remarkable network of agents and professionals to find property before it goes to market in most cases. The aim is to put our clients in the strongest position when investing, having provided sound, qualified advice. We take pride in being chartered surveyors in the field of residential investment.
Do more with your money
We will find, review, negotiate and underwrite deals in line with a client’s investment mandate, and can be retained in some instances. Our experience in the market is quite broad but we do specialise in student accommodation and long lease social housing. That includes HMOs, portfolios and complete blocks. Existing clients look for value add, rental uplift, repositioning, planning gain and long-term income.
As such, we always want to speak to existing landlords who are aiming to exit the market.
