The Investment Housing Company was incorporated by Max Allison-Wright MRICS in 2020. This followed a strong career working client-side for companies such as Student Cribs and Campbell Property. More recently, he was a Director of the Residential Capital Markets Team in the London HQ at CBRE. An impressive track record enabled him to build and maintain an exceptional list of operators throughout the residential market.

Many became retained clients. Max has represented institutional household names at corporate level, private equity firms, family offices and ultra-high-net worth individuals. He has transacted on thousands of acquisitions over his 20 year career, investing hundreds of millions of pounds into the property market.

His background enabled him to become chartered in residential property investment and gave him the expertise to represent clients at a professional level. He understands the investment process back-to-front, which has made him a trusted representative. Since incorporation, The Investment Housing Company has acted for nearly all of the major investors in the student and social HMO spaces.
