The Investment Housing Company was incorporated by Max Allison-Wright MRICS in 2020. This followed a strong career working client-side for companies such as Student Cribs and Campbell Property. More recently, he was a Director of the Residential Capital Markets Team in the London HQ at CBRE.

Max has represented institutional household names at corporate level, private equity firms, family offices and ultra-high-net worth individuals. He has transacted on thousands of acquisitions over his 20 year career, investing hundreds of millions of pounds into the property market.
